Day 1 - Airport to Sigiriya

DAY 02 Sigiriya

Breakfast at the hotel Morning Sigiriya Rock Climbing Stop for the Lunch Evening Minneriya National Park safari Dinner & Over night stay in Sigiriya/Habarana Sigiriya is most probably one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic site located 15 km northeast of Dambulla. Sigiriya Rock Fortress is located on a flat surface of a gigantic gneiss rock that towers dramatically. Its vertical walls rises up forming a kingdom of Kassapa where now only the ruins of an ancient civilisation exist. In addition, in order to get there, if you are brave enough, you will have to climb a series of staircases that are attached to rock walls.Once you enter the fort, you will get to witness the ruins, frescoes and water gardens around the premises and the sight of the magnificent rolling hills and forest from the fort will simply baffle you.

DAY 03 Sigiriya to Anuradhpura

This city served as a capital of medieval Sri Lanka from 4th-11th Century for 130 rulers. Introduction of Budhism and its evolution occurred during this period. At its height, the city was home over 10,000 Buddhist bikkus with gigantic stupas ever built by man. Today this ancient capital of Sri Lanka has become sacred to the whole Buddhist world, with its surrounding monasteries covering an area of 40 sq kilometres and one of the UNESCO cultural heritages on the planet of earth. Marvel at your eyes looking at megalithic ruins of this abandoned city.

DAY 04 Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa

Breakfast at the hotel Proceed to Polonnaruwa cultural triangle Back to the hotel & Leisure Dinner & Over night stay in Sigiriya/Habarana Polonnaruwa is the second capital of Sri Lanka in the 11th and 12th centuries. You will visit the ruins of the Royal Palace, the Lankatilleke Vihare (3rd century AD) the Thuparama Dagoba and the Gal Vihare, three splendid statues of the Buddha in upright, sedant and recumbent postures carved out of a large rock. Other interesting sights are the Lotus Bath, Tivanke Image House with the best known Buddhist frescoes of Sri Lanka, and man-made Parakarama Samudra built by Parakarama Bahu the great. At the end of the tour, you will check in at your hotel in Sigiriya.

DAY 05 Sigiriya-Dambulla-Kandy

Five separate caves contain about 150 absolutely stunning Buddha statues and paintings,some of Sri Lanka&'s most important and evocative religious art. Buddha images were first created here over 2000 years ago, and over the centuries subsequent kings added to and embellished the cave art. From the caves there are superb views over the surrounding countryside; Sigiriya is clearly visible some 20km distant. Authentic sri Lankan experience - Enjoy the Sri Lanka’s world-renowned spices at their source. Visit a spice garden, where smells of cinnamons, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and mace overwhelm the senses and the visitors are provided an insight into an age-old industry of spice production.

DAY 06 kandy

The place is decorated with lush greenery and is blessed with a temperate climate making it a righteous abode to have a romantic holiday. Kandy is known for Temple of Tooth and EsalaPerahera, these two attractions are widely visited. Temple of the tooth and evening puja ceremony - The performance normally lasts for an hour until 6pm, just in time to get to the evening puja ceremony, which takes place within The Temple of The Tooth at around 6.30pm. Authentic sri Lankan experience -Take a part in the evening puja and lighting up the oli Lamps.

DAY 07 Kandy -Nuwara Eliya

This land filled with picturesque landscape is definitely necessary visit to detox your senses from the never resting city life. While here, you can rejuvenate amid the craggy hills and lustrous tea gardens that spread everywhere, and visit the impressive golf course. Chill around Gregory Lake -Take some time to relax a bit around regory Lake. People with boats and jet skis are cruising on the lake. There are some restaurants, you can do horse riding or play in the kindergarten.

DAY 08 Nuwara Eliya – Bentota

Bentota, a tourist town on the southern coast of Lanka that entertains visitors with a melange of activities. Surfing, sailing and snorkelling are ever exciting sports but here also lies beaches where you can spend an evening watching the sunset. A visit to the sea turtle hatchery and conservation center will give you immense pleasure, so will a visit to the 17th century fortress and old Buddhist temples.

DAY 09 Bentota-Colombo

Breakfast at the hotel Proceed to Colombo Colombo shopping & city tour Dinner & Overnight stay in Colombo Colombo receives all international travelers and a stay here will not be a hassle at all. The city has good transportation system, al fresco cafes and well-maintained hotels. It is also a good place to soak in the lively ambience of the city’s nightlife with drinks and music. Check out a few party venues and casinos for a carousing night and pay a visit to the seaside promenade, Galle Face Green. A stroll early morning on the beach would definitely vivify you. Authentic sri Lankan experience -Pettah Market, where travellers can buy some clothes and other goods for cheaper price.

DAY 10 Colombo-Airport

After the breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Airport in time for departure flight
